Towards Authentic Quantum Shifts in Humanity: The Science of Breath Awareness, the Plane of Possibility & Love

Broadcast on February 07, 2022
With Dr. Dan Siegel
Hosted by Jessica Dibb

This special extended session with world-renowned psychiatrist and founder of the field of interpersonal neurobiology, Dr. Daniel Siegel, was created to learn about the underlying neuroscience of conscious breathing. Yet, through that exploration we take a magical mystery tour into the beauty of our humanity and its challenges, and the possibility of living in conscious contact with Quantum reality. We discover that embedded in our biology, and the dynamism and flow of breathing, is access to coherence, the plane of possibility, and pure consciousness that can change the world.

In this session, you'll discover:

  • The science of breathing, and how we are wired for dynamism and flow
  • How unity that is experienced through flow, rather than a state, is a strong medium for integration
  • How breath awareness is simultaneously a medium for present reality and the Quantum reality of possibility
