How to Manage Your Breath in Extreme Environments
Davina MacKail moved to the Amazon just before the pandemic closed down the world. She spent the first 3 months deep in the jungle and isolated. One would imagine that being surrounded with all those oxygen-producing trees, breath would not be an issue, but humidity saturates the air with water, making it hard to breath upon exertion. Davina then moved up to the Sacred Valley 16 months later, and learnt to live with a new breath issue — high altitude (Cusco sits at 3650m above sea level).
In this session, you’ll discover:
- How to manage your breath in extreme environments
- The best breath techniques for dealing with high altitude
- How to use your breath creatively to manage your energy
